Returns & Refunds

GGOffroad accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products purchased through our website.

  • Product Condition: Returns and exchanges are accepted for new or slightly used items.

  • Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 180 days (6 months) of purchase.

  • Return Method: All returns are handled by mail.

  • Restocking Fees: None — we do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Refunds: A full refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of item arrival.

    Warranty Replacements

  • Warranty Coverage: We offer free 3 year warranty replacements for products that experience general wear and tear and have been used as described. Shipping costs for warranty replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please purchase a shipping label and provide a description of the issue. Shipping label purchase does not gurantee a refund if the product disqualifies. For any additional context, reach out to customer service team at sales@ggoffroad with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will assess your claim and provide further instructions.

  • Condition of Warranty Items: Warranty replacements are subject to approval based on the condition and use of the product. Items that do not meet the criteria may not be eligible for replacement.

We are a small business, so there may be delays occasionally throughout the year.
