All products and services depend on availability. We may change offerings or prices without notice. Orders may be refused or canceled for any reason.

Payments must use the methods provided on our site. Invoicing is available — reach out to us at sales@ggoffroad.com and we'll accommodate you.

Returns & Refunds

GG Offroad accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products purchased through our website.

Restocking Fee 20% deducted if product shows damage, improper handling, or misuse (e.g. scratches, broken components, missing parts)
Refund Timeline Processed within 14 days of item arrival and inspection
Change of mind returns: If the return is due to a change of mind (not a defect), the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Warranty Replacements

3-Year Warranty Coverage

We offer free replacement for products that experience general wear and tear, have been used as described, or arrived with manufacturing defects or issues upon receipt.

Not covered: Warranty does not apply to instances where the customer purchased the incorrect variant for their vehicle. Please verify compatibility before ordering.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, purchase a return shipping label and send it along with a description of the issue to sales@ggoffroad.com along with your order number and any relevant photos. We will assess your claim and provide further instructions.

Purchasing a shipping label does not guarantee a replacement — claims are subject to review and approval based on the condition and use of the product. Items that do not meet the criteria may not be eligible for replacement.

Shipping

Order Processing 1–3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.
Delivery Time Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary.
We are a small business, so there may be occasional delays throughout the year. If you are in a rush or have an installation deadline, please reach out to sales@ggoffroad.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Installation Responsibility

GG Offroad is not responsible for any damage, malfunctions, or issues with your vehicle resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow installation instructions.

All installations are performed at the customer's own risk.
