Warranty Replacements
3-Year Warranty Coverage
We offer free replacement for products that experience general wear and tear, have been used as described, or arrived with manufacturing defects or issues upon receipt.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, purchase a return shipping label and send it along with a description of the issue to sales@ggoffroad.com along with your order number and any relevant photos. We will assess your claim and provide further instructions.

GG Offroad is not responsible for any damage, malfunctions, or issues with your vehicle resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow installation instructions.
All installations are performed at the customer's own risk.
