Shipping policy
Here's a short shipping policy description you can paste into your Shopify shipping policy page under Online Store → Policies:
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our facility in Westminster, CO. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via UPS and USPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. If you have a deadline — like an install appointment — add a note to your order or email sales@ggoffroad.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.
International Shipping We ship to Canada and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes assessed upon delivery. Transit times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or you believe something is missing, email sales@ggoffroad.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right quickly.
Local Pickup We are based in Westminster, CO but do not have a public storefront. Local pickup may be available in select cases — contact us in advance to arrange.
